Dear Customers, at Tricolor Holdings, we are aware of how the coronavirus (COVID-19) is impacting our beloved community in many ways. Nothing is more important for us than the health and well-being of our families, friends, clients and partners - which is why we have a moral obligation to create a safe, clean and reliable environment within our stores and places of business.
We know that even in these difficult circumstances, life does not stop, and neither do you. Because of this our advisers, mechanics, porters, customer support members and the rest of our Tricolor team will remain active to bring you the best car financing experience you need to keep on moving.
We have implemented multiple protection measures to ensure the well-being of both our clients and our collaborators. Some of these are:
- Training our team to detect risks and take immediate precautions.
- We have substantially increased sanitizers availability and doubled our cleaning efforts to take place every 2 hours.
- Any employee who shows any signs of infection are sent home and supervised, so he or she can get any necessary medical attention.
- All our vehicles are carefully sanitized before and after any test drive.
It is not the first time that our community is affected by circumstances beyond our control. But we have always been able to adapt fast and react with intelligence to protect our loved ones and always move forward. This time will not be an exception. At Tricolor, we are confident that this crisis will pass, and the steps we take today will make us even stronger and more determined to continue conquering our dreams.
